Refund policy

We hope you love your pharm favorites find as much as we do! 

That said, we do accept returns, as long as they meet the following criteria:

-Items must be in original packaging, unopened and in new condition. Clothing items must be unworn and unaltered, and with all original tags still attached.

-Sale merchandise, gift cards, holiday specific, consumables, hazardous materials and personal care items are not eligible for return.

-ALL Queen of Sparkles merchandise is FINAL SALE.

-In-store exchanges will be honored for 30 days from date of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase.

-Store credit will be given for gifted merchandise that meets our return policy standards.

REFUNDS:

-To be eligible for a refund, returns must be made within 14 days from date of purchase and with a receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be in original packaging, unopened and in new condition. Clothing items must be unworn and unaltered.

-Refunds will be given in the form that original payment was made. A cash refund exceeding $50 will be mailed via check within 14 days of return. Your credit card will be refunded on the card used to purchase, please allow up to two weeks for refund to be reflected on your account.

-Items returned by mail must be POSTMARKED within 14 days of PURCHASE; customer will be responsible for the cost & responsibilities of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost, missing or damaged items that happen via transit.

-Once your item is received and inspected you will receive an email notifying you if your return is approved. Your refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be reflected.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN PERIOD

In an effort to make gift buying easier we have extended our time-frame for items purchased in November and December. You will have 30 days to receive a refund or 60 days to exchange merchandise that meets our return policy standards. 

SHIPPING:

Orders received Monday-Friday are shipped within 24 hours.

FRIENDLY REMINDER

pharm favorites is not required to issue credit for any item that does not meet the requirements outlined in our return policy standards. Items returned that do not meet our guidelines will be returned at the expense of the customer.
