SHIPPING POLICY

All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage or Priority. 

Shipping will vary based on weight & will be calculated at checkout.

  • Order processing takes 1-3 business days; shipping typically takes an additional 2-5 days.
  • All orders are given a tracking number for you to track the delivery of your package. 
  • Our processing department closes at 1:30 CST Friday for the weekend, for holidays, and during inventory; if your order is placed during this time it will be processed on Monday morning.

While we will do our part to ensure your order is delivered on time, Pharm Favorites cannot be held responsible for conditions affecting the delivery of your package with USPS which are beyond our control such as hazardous weather or other service interruptions. We will not issue a refund if your package arrives later than expected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
